Attorney Phil Kleiner continues his series on immigration law with an overview of H1 visas. Kleiner begins by discussing the preconditions that must be met by both the employee and the employer, and details the process inherent in obtaining the visa, from filling out the initial application to the mandatory site visits by USCIS representatives.
