Good course, but I need more information. It would really help if there was a more substantive discussion of how to protect the privilege, how to prevent undesired disclosures, and practical steps to make sure advice is not turned into a privilege free zone. I'll go to the library to find cases on this, as it wasn't fully discussed here. Perhaps a followup course would be a great idea here (hint) to help those who don't do this sort of advising as a matter of course. These guys know their stuff. They just need to explain more of it for the uninitiated. Thanks.
