Dave Muti

Dave Muti is a Senior Mortgage Planner with Millenium Home Mortgage, LLC based in New Jersey. In this role, he manages a team of specialists, TEAM MUTI, which assists clients in the purchase and refinancing of their homes and investment properties.

Dave also works individually with clients who want to learn alternative ways to leverage their equity and plan for retirement. Through advanced planning techniques, he enables his clients to realize their goals and dreams of home ownership and asset protection for a safer and happier retirement.

By teaching his clients to think of their mortgage not as a burden, but as a valuable financial tool, Dave opens the door to a number of financial successes: maximizing tax deductions, improving cash flow, increasing net worth, and ultimately, increasing retirement income. In this capacity he also writes educational articles for several newsletters, providing other professionals with mortgage advice that they can pass along to their clients.

In addition to his duties with TEAM MUTI, David is President and founding member of Forgotten Equity, Inc. In this role, he leads the vision and strategic growth of the company, whose primary goal is consumer education. Through the development of proprietary modeling software, Forgotten Equity has created a virtual meeting place where consumers can work in tandem with mortgage and financial professionals to preserve their assets and grow their overall wealth to a level beyond their imagination.

Previously, David was a manager of international real estate for a Fortune 500 company, overseeing acquisitions in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining that firm, he was a partner in a general practice law firm that concentrated on real estate and small business needs. Dave also sits on the Board of Directors for CDFund.org, a national charity based out of Frisco, Texas, which provides assistance to under-insured patients who have been diagnosed with chronic or life-altering diseases that require expensive, specialty therapeutic treatments.
