While every lawyer at some point in his/her career will be called upon to draft or analyze a contractual agreement, there are few opportunities to actually learn the proper drafting techniques.

An expert panel will examine the methods for creating and interpreting basic contracts and provide: a methodology for approaching contract drafting; checklist of clauses and topics that should be covered in standard contracts and a method for refining form contracts to meet your client’s specific needs.
