In this course, Toby Edwards goes over the basics of how to use an expert witness in a trial. He covers everything from explaining how to find the right expert, scheduling and budget issues, and using the expert at trial. Presented in question and answer format, this course digs at the most important issues surrounding the use of expert witnesses in any situation.

Toby Edwards
Toby Edwards is Vice President of Operations and Director of Expert Services at RTG. His major duties include all Expert Relations, the database rebuilding project, the profile sanitization project for licensing purposes, managing a staff of 20 Data Entry Specialists who actively recruit potential new experts, and various Human Resources projects. He was recruited into RTG first as an Investigative Researcher, and promoted to Director of UK Operation sin October 05. In 2007 he was promoted to VP.
Edwards came to the Round Table Group from the University of California, where he was an instructor in advanced research design and methodologies, political science, and public policy. His degrees are in International Studies, International Relations, and Political Science. He also has minors in Archeology, and in Education.
His academic research topics focused on Research Methodologies, Political Science, Curriculum Design, and Pre-Columbian Archeology of the California central-coast region.
When not diligently working for RTG's clients and experts, Toby fills his days/nights/weekends with playing guitar and Drums, never-ending motorcycle maintenance (and some riding), cooking healthy meals, camping, hiking, Chi Gong, and writing (as yet unpublished) detective novels in smoky coffee houses. Toby lives in rural Pennsylvania with his three cats, and one girlfriend.
David Schnurman
David Schnurman received his BA from George Washington University in 1999. He graduated from New York Law School in 2006 and was admitted to the bar in New York State. He is currently the President of Lawline.com, an Online Continuing Legal Education provider based in Manhattan. He is also the President and CEO of TrueNYC, a television show and website for entrepreneurs. David has a passion for inspiring and empowering others to learn.
