As more and more clients seek to achieve independent financial and economic security, today’s attorney and accountant must be prepared to advise as to the correct Entity Formation and Wealth Preservation Strategies for these upwardly mobile individuals.

George V. Cornell, Esq. of THE CORNELL GROUP, P.L.L.C., shares his Asset Protection Strategies in this seminar. A general discussion as to the considerations, both pro and con in forming different entities such as a Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Family Limited Partnership (FLP) , S Corporations and a combination of these entities is discussed.
Mr. Cornell also touches on the use of Trusts and easy to comprehend Estate Planning Techniques to protect today’s investor or small business’s assets and preserve wealth for their family’s future. Examples are given on how to fund an LLC using self directed contributions allowing an investor to profit from asset appreciation while minimizing taxes. This seminar is relevant to the attorney and accountant wishing to learn more on the topics of Asset Protection and Heir Legacy or for the more experienced practioner familiar with many of the strategies discussed.
