In the first part of a two part series, returning Lawline.com Faculty Member Bart Basi gives an overview of the 2012 American Taxpayer Relief Act. With over 100 changes to the law, this is a program you do not want to miss. In this portion, Dr. Basi focuses on the changes that are applicable to the individual and to farmers.
