In this CLE, San Francisco Public Defender Matt Sotorosen details the legal issues pertaining to discovery of impeachment materials of police officer witnesses. Mr. Sotorosen will also recount the story of the infamous 2010 San Francisco Police Crime Lab scandal, "Maddengate".
