Companies of all sorts uses names, slogans, and even colors and scents to advertise and protect their brands. In this highly informative program, Attorney William Delgado provides viewers with the building blocks needed to understand how each of these items can (or cannot) be used as a mark. He will begin by discussing what constitutes a mark, and what types of claims typically arise surrounding one.
