Nuclear power has become more of a significant issue for everyone around the world as we continue to search for alternative energy sources.  In this CLE, former acting soliciter of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Sheldon Trubatch provides a meticulous discussion of how, why and when the Supreme Court has supported nuclear power.  His discussion ranges from the specific to the overarching, related to a prevailing mindset of progress and states' rights.  In addition , Mr. Trubatch summarizes all of the significant statutes and regulations governing nuclear power.  This course will be extremely useful for environmental law attorneys, and all interested in getting a better understanding of this important area of the law.
