Join Lawline Faculty member Greg Schenk in an updated real estate commercial market course discussing new trends in the market. In this CLE, Greg Schenk will begin his presentation by providing statistics on the general economic climate (sales volume, prices, leasing activity, rental rates, cap rates). He will also project the future of the industrial, retail, office, and multi-family markets (based on information collected by the National Association of Realtors). Mr. Schenk will further analyze how lenders are currently behaving in the marketplace as well as provide advice on helping clients develop long-term investment plans. The program will conclude with his theories on why this is an opportune time for investors to purchase properties, landlords to refinance their loans, and tenants to renegotiate their leases or relocate their businesses.
