Mr. Schenk will further analyze how lenders are currently behaving in the marketplace as well as provide advice on helping clients develop long-term investment plans. The program will conclude with his theories on why this is an opportune time for investors to purchase properties, landlords to refinance their loans, and tenants to renegotiate their leases or relocate their businesses. This informative course will be extremely helpful for real estate attorneys nationwide.
