One of the most common questions asked by a client when arrested for a crime is “what am I facing?” In the State of Florida, there are statutory maximums for sentencing in Non-Capital cases. Join us as Criminal Attorney Maribeth Wetzel takes us through the sentencing structure in Florida and analyzes prior criminal judgments.
