Description
Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canadian professionals can receive special work permits (“TN” work permits) that are easier to obtain then other employment-based visas. In this program, Business Immigration attorney Joseph Grasmick will provide a helpful overview on how attorneys located near the U.S.-Canada border can help Canadians obtain TN work permits. Mr. Grasmick will compare TN work permits to other immigration permits and discuss the types of professionals that are qualified to receive such a permit.
