An expert’s testimony can be an important tool during any complex litigation case; however, the challenge lies in properly qualifying your expert under New Jersey's Rules of Evidence. In this program, New Jersey “Super Lawyer” Michael Martino will share his insights into New Jersey’s adoption of the Federal Rules of Evidence and explain how to successfully select, prep, and present an expert at trial.
