Description
The Limited Liability Company (LLC) might be a relatively new business form, but entails major advantages over many other entities. CPA and attorney Bart Basi examines the intricacies of forming and operating an LLC, while also highlighting the differences between LLCs and S Corporations. The course concludes with an examination of the advantages and disadvantages of the Series LLC, a new business model which is not yet recognized in all states. After watching this course, an attorney will know everything there is to know about LLCs, and when it is the best entity to choose for their clients and their own businesses and investments.
