Newly Appointed New York Attorneys
In New York, newly admitted attorneys may receive CLE credit only for "transitional" programs during their first two years of admission to the New York Bar. Courses in non-traditional format (such as these Web Programs) do not qualify as transitional programs without prior approval from the New York State CLE Board.
