Gambling is a means of dealing with stress, and is not particularly a bad means, just as long as you maintain control. Hagreen explains the science behind losing that control and the necessary steps a lawyer should take to get back on track.

The video was a very insightful one and clearly shows the problems that gambling online can lead to. If gambling is not seen as a way to relieve stress, unwind or just have fun, you have a problem. Where it was supposed to offer some light entertainment it will add to your worries and stress and in the end affect your work and personal life negatively. I feel it would be a great thing if more companies can look at providing preventative information about gambling addiction as well as other forms of addiction.
