In 1999 Jason Finger graduated law school at New York University’s School of Law, along with a joint degree at NYU’s Stern School of Business. After less than a year of working at a private equity-focused law firm, he left to start an online delivery website called Seamless Web. He was so reluctant to back out of the new venture that after passing the Bar Exam he never got sworn in. Jason figured he had two years to get sworn in, and if the company failed he could always go back to practicing law. Well, fail it did not!
